Liz was born in St. Petersburg Florida, moved to North Carolina in 1995 and now resides in Pineville, NC. She is a Paralegal with Monk Law Firm where she works with attorneys Cindy Alvear and Rebecca Daddino in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Guardianship, and Special Needs Planning. Liz works closely with our clients requesting and gathering information, acting as a liaison between attorneys and clients, and overseeing the management of all casework. Liz has an extensive background in client management and communication.

Outside the office, Liz lives with her dogs Toby & Rocky and enjoys riding her peloton, going to music concerts, playing pickle ball, hiking, vacationing with friends and volunteering & fostering animals with Halfway There Rescue.
